Our Policies

RENTAL POLICIES and CLARIFICATIONS

Payment Due:

Depending on your package the final due date may be 30 or 90 days prior to your event and
will be noted on your contract.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your event for any reason you will not get your deposits or payments
made to date refunded.

Operation Hours:

Events available to use the site between 9:00 am and 12:00 am (midnight).
All events need to have everyone departing the site by 12 midnight.
Tented receptions are held May through October.
Last dance can be no later than 11:30 pm.
Ceremonies are held year around in the chapel and weather permitting outside.
Office hours 9:00 am to 7:00 pm - Monday through Saturday. Or by appointment.
Deposits:

Deposits must be made by the date on the contract or you will lose your reservation.
Deposits if not noted are 25% of total rental cost.
Elopement packages require full payment of event to reserve your date and time frame.
Security Deposits are required when you have a ceremony and reception package. Security deposits are in additional to the total of your package and will be returned after your event as long as they is no damage to premises, buildings, landscaping or grounds during your event.
Different packages require different deposits amounts and will be noted on contract.
All deposits and payments are non refundable or transferable.

Receptions:

Reception package are quoted based on your guest count and equipment you need or want. Everything included in our packages will be coordinated to the site, setup, taken down and overseen by us. We take great pride in providing you as stress free event as we can. 






Miscellaneous:

Occasionally we have weekends that only one event needs a reception tent and equipment. So please be aware that if your event does not require this equipment it may be present on our site and is not to be disturbed during your event.


Rental Time:

The time you have reserved and paid for is the time you are scheduled to be on the property. This applies to you, your guests and family. If possible we will coordinate to allow your vendors in earlier.
Hourly Rental:

Chapel:
$140 per hour; 32 guest maximum

Gazebo and Grounds:
$250 per hour; 200 guest maximum

Music
Our music systems both in the chapel and the gardens will be operated by Apple Blossom.
You get to choose 4 songs for your event which are then put onto a playlist for your event.
DJ or live music for your wedding or reception must stay within the guide lines of local ordinances.

Alcohol on the Property
To have alcohol at your reception you need a bartender, an event liability policy in additional to ours, and cannot have a cash bar. We can supply you with a vendor that can meet all of the requires for you. Please let us know if someone should not drive. It is ok to leave cars in our parking lot overnight.

Trash Removal
Trash containers and bags are available around the site during your event for you to use. It is your responsibility to get all trash into the containers. We will handle the removal.

Extra Charges During Events
We understand sometimes things do not go as planned and we will try our best to accommodate each circumstance. However, if you go more than 15 minutes over your scheduled time on site you will be charged for an additional hour. This applies to all types of events and the appropriate charges.

Even with the best planning, sometimes items are forgotten, accidentally left at home or in the hotel or plans changed. In the event that this occurs, we will do our best to help you with the understanding that some items and changes require additional costs.
Just please plan on settling up before departing.
